So Dark The Con Of Man

In the wake of creative thought
Of creating the world anew,
The pristine forests, clear skies;
Every leaf bathed in dew.

He was tempted again
To careate intelligence, a fruit.
A fruit from the seed of brain.

But his conscience betrayed his thought,
As he ermembered the limbed terror
and the tumult,destruction he brought.

He tried to cajole his head
That this time he'd breed and train,
A better being of every human ;
But his soul said never again.

I'd keep him away from sword and blood
He said, not a drop of ale or mead.
He'd better starve to death, but he'd live only on bread.

But his inner self disapprooved of this plan so frail
He reminded him the man wouldn't leave ,
Not even the holy grail !

At last GOD acknowledged finnaly,
That its power that drives a man.
To acquire it he'll do anything
He'd kill, he'll slay, he'll pretend
He'd do whatever he can !
So Dark The Con Of Man!
So Dark The Con Of Man!
